Inventa is hiring for a Tour Team Lead for our upcoming campaign and activation this spring. This individual will interact and oversee the entire team during the activation, responsible for managing a team of Brand Ambassadors hours, breaks and submission of expenses, support the Team Supervisor and confidently act as secondary contact. This position will require weekend work, full tour availability and a clear drivers abstract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Manage a team of regional Brand Ambassadors to execute brand outreach and sampling

• Act as a coach, mentor, and sounding board for staff, keep them informed of new information through regular meetings, and be the voice of the Brand Ambassadors

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Inventa's Brand Partnership, target consumers, and follow Brand Ambassador policies and procedures. Provide training to Brand Ambassador team and other regional team members and third parties as needed

• Organize training, scheduling, communication, and payroll of Brand Ambassador team

• Drive and manage company vehicle/van for events including refueling, washing, and monitoring/reporting vehicle status for maintenance

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional manner towards team members, customers and public

• Ensure that company standards and protocols are followed and take corrective action as needed for continuous improvement

• Ability to travel to nearby cities for our duration

• Other duties as assigned

PRODUCTION RELATION DUTIES:

• Installation assistance with 40’ container trailer – delivered via flatbed truck o Team Lead will assist Supervisor to oversee BA teams form part of the core installation crew on-site so must be comfortable with expectations around this from a safety and instruction perspective, and a dry run will take place.

• Lift and carry 50lbs - large and bulky assets that must be used during installation process • Working on ladders/at height to install branding and other footprint elements

• Tech set-ups - mount TV’s to container walls and connect laptops/tablets to display on-screen

• Unpacking and repacking all assets within container using blankets, ratchet straps and other equipment to ensure safety/minimal movement during transit

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Tour Management experience

• Passion for marketing and brand building

• Experience coaching, training, and supervising others; comfortable enforcing company policies and procedures as appropriate and for ongoing performance improvement

• Skilled at interacting with the public in a customer or product support role

• Strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills

• Computer proficiency

• High attention to detail

• Open availability to work and travel

• Clean driving record • Proof of double vaccination
