Technicien en télécommunication/ Installation Technician

Description

 Alors qu’elle renforce sa présence sur le marché montréalais, Beanfield est à la recherche d’une personne attentive aux besoins des clients qui a le souci du détail, ainsi qu’une approche fondée sur les processus et sur la sécurité, pour occuper un poste de technicien ou de technicienne à l’installation au sein de son équipe en pleine croissance! La candidate ou le candidat retenu sera responsable d’installer tout l’équipement lié à la fibre optique pour nos clients d’affaires.

RESPONSABILITÉS :
Installer tout l’équipement lié à la fibre optique pour les clients (Internet, téléphone IP et télévision IP)
Conduire pour se rendre chez les clients afin d’exécuter des installations
Installer des panneaux de fibre
Installer des câbles à fibres optiques dans les conduites montantes et dans les immeubles commerciaux
Installer, tester et réparer l’équipement et offrir un service de dépannage, au besoin, en conformité avec les normes de Beanfield
S’assurer que le véhicule, l’équipement d’essai et les outils demeurent en bon état
Recueillir en temps opportun l’information sur l’état de l’installation
Fournir aux clients un excellent service ainsi que de l’information sur nos produits et services
Exécuter des tâches administratives comme la mise à jour de billets et la production de rapports détaillés et exacts

TYPE DE POSTE :
Poste permanent à temps plein (40 heures par semaine)
Quart de travail de 8 heures du lundi au vendredi, entre 7 h et 17 h, selon les besoins de l’entreprise

Maintenir un niveau de qualité élevé tout en respectant les normes et les politiques de sécurité de l’employeur
Reconnaître et cerner les problèmes potentiels
Posséder un permis de conduire du Québec valide
Pouvoir travailler par quarts

Role and Responsibilities:
Drive to various customer sites to perform installations
Install all associated fibre optic equipment for Residential & Commercial Customers (Internet, VoIP, IPTV)
Installs, tests, troubleshoots and repairs as required to Beanfield standards
Responsible for providing excellent customer service and educating customers on products and services
Ensures the vehicle, test equipment, and tools are maintained in good working condition
Collect “as builds” information in timely manner
Administrative duties such as updating tickets, and reports with detailed, accurate information
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Maintain high standard of quality while following the employer’s safety standards and policies
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and professional manner
Attention to detail
Excellent time-management skills
Strong analytical skills to recognize and identify potential problems
Must have a valid Quebec Driver’s License
Must be able to work shift work
